~ Awesome Chippy Cottage Siding Frames ~

This is such an awesome cottage frame !!! I would love to hear the stories that this old wood has to tell ! It is off of a house in the historic distric of Fort Worth ~ I am going to try and have chippy shabby cottage frames on my website as much as I can get the wood ~ Here is a pic of the one I have on right now ~

~ White on White ~ I LOVE it ~

I LOVE to go to my favorite antique store and head right to my favorite room ~ this sweet and very talented lady does everything in a creamy white~ I love to go in and just dream and really want to take everything home with me ~

~ Roses and Quilts ~

I LOVE quilts and I especially love quilts with roses ~ I think quilts add such a cozy cottage look to a home ~
Last year I found these wonderful pink rose quilts with rose swags so I bought one for my bed ~ well, I noticed that people are using them for more than quilts, they use them for pillows. covering benches and so many other beautiful things ~ I found these gorgeous quilts again and so I have them on my website ~ I also have some other pretty quilts including one in one of my favorite colors, robin's egg blue ~

~Super Chippy Signs ~

I totally LOVE any kind of plate with pink roses ~sooooo, needless to say I have alot ~ I decided that I probably need to start getting rid of some of them because I have so many ~ ~

~Flea Market Tuesday !!!! ~ YAY! ~~~

I don't think I have told you that today is one of my favorite days of the week!!!~ LOL ~ Flea market day !!! It is so funny because when we moved here, I thought for sure I would get mugged at the flea market ~ I had no idea how awesome it was ~ Well...... needless to say I missed a couple of years of wonderful searching and getting to know some very sweet people ~ it looks really gross but the treasures abound ~You can find most anything you want from shabby cottage chic, antique and wonderful things to recreate ~

~Shabby Romantic Office ~

These are some of the fun office products that I am working on ~ This is a magazine holder and a little box the size of 3 x 5 cards ~ It is embellished with buttons and bows ~Of course, you have to have an office chair slipcover to go along with this sweet set ~ You just can't have pretty feminine office things and an ugly black office chair :o) ~

~ Rose Drawer Pull Cabinet ~

I wanted to show you what I did with that sweet rose drawer pull ~ by the way, they are here and I have about 24 available ~ I added it to this old table top cabinet that was made from a vintage medicine cabinet ~ there is also a rose wreath applique for wonderful shabby chic charm ~

~ Tons of Pink Boxes ~

I finished painting a bunch of pink today ~ All of the boxes that I got at the flea market yesterday have been made sooo shabby cottage chic ~ I LOVE them !!! ~ I am going to list them on my website right now ~

~Rose Drawer Pulls ~

I just love these sweet rose drawer pulls so I had to show you !!! I have a few on my website but will have a bunch of them by the end of this week ~ I think these would be sooo pretty on a distressed pink or white piece of furniture ~ in fact I may add them to something today ~ hmmmm. . . . . .

~Flea Market Day ~

Today is one of my favorite days because it is flea market day !!! I crawl out of bed, throw on some jeans, a t-shirt and flip flops, grab a huge bag and off I go (with a cup of coffee, of course) ~ It is so hot here that all of the vendors start leaving about 10 a.m. so I have to get there around 7 or 8 ~ It was definitely box day today which thrills me since I LOVE to find old boxes ~ This is a picture of some of my treasures ~ I will be painting them tomorrow so check back to see how they have been recreated into something perfect for your shabby cottage decor ~

~ Painting Pink in the Heat ~

I had to share with you what I have been doing all day ~ I painted alot of the flea market finds that I got yesterday at Canton ~ It was 102 degrees and sooo hot out in my workshop, but I got alot done between diving in my pool and then painting awhile ~ Here are just a sample of some of the things I worked on today ~

~ Trade Days ~

I went to Canton Trade Days yesterday ~ it is a HUGE, 3,000 vendors, craft show, flea market fun place to go ~ I just listed some awesome signs and also added some wonderful pillow shams to my website ~ I am going to be painting alot of my finds today ~
It was sooooo hot but tons of fun!!!

~ Alot of New Slipcovers !!!! ~

OHHHH !!! I just added some gorgeous new slipcovers ~ they are perfect for office chairs or other chairs too ~ if you don't have an office chair that this will fit, you can get one for $39 at Staples or probably any other office store ~They are just sooo shabby romantic chic ~

~Trash to Treasure ~

I went to my favorite flea market and went crazy with all of the old stuff ~ I just love it !!! Here is my latest before and after things that I worked on yesterday ~ these 2 pieces of wood are old ladder rungs that were made into bud holders that came out so sweet ~
