I was so excited when I received the Winter issue of Artful Blogging and saw a picture of my dress form ~ It is in an article about Tiffany's "Show Me Your Form" blog party ~ I had to include my dress form in the party because my family truly does not get the whole dress form thing ~ in fact my girls who are 19 and 21 think she is pretty scary ~
It was alot of fun and really fun to be in one of my very favorite magazines ~ in fact all of the Somerset Studio magazines are pretty much to die for gorgeous ! I would love to carry some of them on my website so I will have to see if I can do that ~

Congratulations that your beautiful work was featured in a magazine! Chances are if they don't get the whole dress form thing they won't get the magazine, either, LOL! That's just the way things seem to work with stuff like that, LOL! I'd love to hear your girls' reaction to your publication. Maybe they will see it in a whole new light! (hugs)
Well, I think your dressform is lovely and big congratulations on being published! I think these things skip a generation, my daughter doesn't get what I do either!

Your dress form is so beautiful! Is she in your office? How great that it is in the magazine. I just got two Sommerset magazines and am blown away by the quality of the photos, the paper, the whole thing. They are gorgeous magazines.

Lori...how wonderful be in Summerset! I had them on the phone today wondering where my copies were at. And that SLIP...I have one in the back room of the shop right now...I think I will put it out now and put a high price on it !!! I have lots of dress forms, never thought to put that slip on it.
