Sweetest Little Puppy

I have to show you my daughter's little shih tzu, Kenzi that I just adore ~ she is sooo cute and is full grown at 7 pounds ~
We get to puppy sit her at least once a week and love it because she is a total love bug ~

Playing with Picnik

I just finished listing this dress form on my website with my new found wide pink ribbon obsession ~

I tweek all of my photos with Picnik ~ if you haven't given it a try, it is so much fun !! They have added alot of different things too since I joined a few months ago ~
The dress form photos have been edited with a sepia tone which I love but it really doesn't look so great on my website so I am putting them here :o)

Wide Satin Ribbon

I have been on the hunt for some wide and super soft satin ribbon ~ it is hard to find in a very soft finish ~ A friend of mine said that she bought blanket binding and that it was perfect so I set of to get some ~ I LOVE the feel and look of it, it is exactly what I was looking for ~
I bought pink to start out with and wanted to try tea dying it to make it look more vintage ~ it came out great except that I should have ironed it open before I tea dyed and dried it ~ sooo next time I will do that ~
I took a white lampshade and died it too and then set them both in the sun ~ it was a fun project and I will be getting more blanket binding soon !!

Altered Skate

A couple of weeks ago I went to Canton Texas for my favorite shopping at First Monday ~
I always visit the "Girls Gone Junkin" shop and find some really fun and unique shabby cottage chic treasures ~
This month I just had to get this skate because I thought it was so cute ~ of course it is pink, has glitter and is altered which I love ~ So now I am on the hunt for some treasures to alter ~

I also started new packaging for the German glass glitter that I sell on my website ~ it matches some of the other jars that I have available for organizing craft goodies ~
