Fall to Winter in 12 Hours

Just yesterday I took pictures of the Sweetgum trees in our front yard ~
the leaves were so beautiful and the sun was shining through so crisp and clean ~

This morning we awoke to snow falling ~ It seems a bit early in the year for Texas but I guess the weather is pretty unpredictable ~ I laugh when I am bundling up for the cold weather because native Texans don't think it gets cold here ~

I am a California girl and yes it certainly does get cold !

your pictures look so pretty. I didn't get that much snow. Just a little dusting. Only in Texas can we have beautiful weather one day and snow the next. Aren't we glad to be here in TEXAS!

Wow! Beautiful pictures!! My son is so bummed that we don't get snow here in Florida. When it gets below 60 here I am cold.

Love your blog.
Happy Holidays.

Lori, it's beautiful at your house. I love how the snow makes everything look so new! But dang...those trees were amazing in their Autumn glory.

Your daughters are both so beautiful. The shower looked like such fun. I love couple's showers.
Hugs~
