Mini File Folders

I was all inspired this afternoon and have a gazillion projects all over the house and none of them are complete ~ Right in the middle of my gazillion projects I decided to read blog updates and saw Diane Knott's mini file folder tutorial ~

I just had to make one right then ~ then I remembered reading on Lisa's blog about the cute little bubble thingies ( it is not a tutorial but as cute as can be ) so I had to do those while I was at it ~

Ummmm that is pretty much how my brain works ~ It is always going all over the place and at one time ~ Isn't that how right brained people are ??? I tell myself that at least ~

I bought this wayyyy cute paper at Anthologies and wanted to use it so bad so I did ~ I did my first mini file folder upside down ~ HMMMMM there goes one piece of paper down the tubes ~

Then I used the other piece to make my other file folder and the magnets ~ I cannot wait to make more because they were easy as can be ( well after I figured out how to make them not upside down ) and fun too !

I could have written this today...I have this staircase full of boxes (family pictures etc.) that I have been going to organize and put into big cabinet in organized form today...ha!

My brain could not do it...the creative brain could only see the ugly barnwood bench on the porch that was waiting lime green paint and it totally won!
So into the cabinet all the boxes of photos went...unorganized...Maybe when there is not a shop I can sit down?
I can see why you just had to make the folders...dang cute, just dang cute!

Soooooooo Sweet, your little file folders and the little bubble thingies. Did you and Dana have a good time? And did you find me a pink knob. I need one real bad, I would like to have 3 but one would doooooo fine. I have my machine drawers finished except for the knob. If you don't have one I'll have to go to plan B. That's come up with a different set of knobs.LOL Hope you are having a great weekend.
Hugs, Pat

Hi Lori, I'm so glad you came by, I just joined as a follower here, too. I have been here and thought I was a follower, but no, so I fixed that! I love all your projects. I'm crazy about Cindy, Miss Yappers, so I think I've been here through her.

Lori,
Love, LOVE these little file folders. I bought a bunch of those a long time ago & never knew what to do with them. Now I do. About the bobbles. I think I'm doing my tutorial on them tomorrow. Although, the little ones you bought are just as cute & no work.
