Stuff I Created in the Ice

Alaska is beautiful but thank you Jesus
that I don't live there !

I tried to venture out today for the first time

since Monday and didn't make it to the neighbors

without almost sliding in a ditch

and then into a mailbox ~

soooo..... I backed my hiney ( and car ) home ~

I can't wait to see the sunshine melt this ice away !

I wasn't going to show you more ruffles but

well .......... hmmmm ~

There is not a whole lot new in my world ;)

This is what I have been working on this week ~

When I can get out and the warm weather hits I will be

doing a happy dance and singing !!

That is a scary thought but that is okay !

Can there ever be too many ruffles or vintage lace?
I hope you stay warm and the ice/snow melts soon, we all need a little spring right now.

Such beautiful creations! How do you get so much done?! Even homebound, all I want to do is curl up on the couch with a big blankie!
You were wise to go back home; that ice is terrible! Glad you are safe!

Funny, my sister and i say "thank you jesus" about alot of things, like "thank you jesus" the kids are in bed, "thank you jesus" we didn't catch their throw up virus, or "thank you jesus" for our vodka stash...

Is is spring yet?! I love how all the pillows are lined up on your couch...but what I really want to know is about your couch...is that the slip you tried to teastain? Is it a custom slip or did you find it somewhere...it reminds me of my pillow shams...I've moved on to re-doing my parlor...so re-doing my furniture is next:)
