Summer Lovin Junkin'

It was one of my most favorite times of the month

last weekend .......... Canton!!!

What is it about junkin' that is

sooooo much fun ???

I LOVE it !!

Canton is full of junk places to dig

through stuff and

full of places to get beautiful things that

are displayed gorgeous!!

This month I went with my two girls,

Kristin and Stephanie

and our friend, Bethany ~

Our first stop was Laurieanna's Vintage Home

which is always amazing !!

She has such a wonderful talent of making

her shop over the top gorgeous!

I am kind of

wondering why this guy

never unloads his trailer ~

I think I have taken the same

picture before ..... like maybe 2 years ago ~

See that fence gate wayyyyy on the bottom..... I want it !

I am not thinking that this bike cuts

it for my beach cruiser ~

But there were tons of them

and they would be super cute

in the yard with flowers ~

I bought some flowers here because she

had them displayed in old stuff and they were so cute!!

Two of the 3 girls ended up with puppies ~

We wanted to "save" them all but couldn't ~

I have been adding some of the things

I got at Canton and to my shop and

will continue to this week ~

I already can't wait until next month !!

You are an absolute Canton Addict Lori! Your photo is gorgeous...love the hat! It was too hot..I stayed home and read a book. Is it me, or is it the same stuff every month? Maybe I am not looking in the right places when I go. I love Laurie's though..I'll always go there! She rocks! Glad you girls had fun - and the fur babies are adorable! xo

I lived in Dallas and LOVED going to Canton. I'm in LA now and whenever we visit our Dallas friends we make sure it's around Canton time. Miss, miss, miss Canton!

Wahhhh! You kill me each time you get to go! I'm from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I used to go every "First Monday" and loved every second of it. I've lived in SW Missouri for the past 20 years. Somehow I can't convince a soul here to go with me...not once.
Thanks for getting me pumped up!

I LOVE your blog! I'm an East Texas girl and LOVE going to Canton. I missed it last weekend though. I'm totally into all things creamy and white too. I've actually been painting everything in the house white, antique white or distressing it, lately. LOVE all things shabby chic, French cottage. I'm following you now and can't wait to read more!

That old rusted out bike is amazing...imagine it cleaned up and painted in a warm white, and full to the brim with flowers spilling over the basket!
Yummy!
